John and Kathryn have embraced their lives as members of a hard-working farming family and have taught their three children that while there is a lot about farm life that can be very challenging, there’s also a lot about farm life that can be very fulfilling. The Gibsons take much pride in making family memories at their farm. They understand that there is much value in the daily lessons served up at the farm that are priceless and cannot be found in any books.

So, for John and Kathryn, somewhere lodged between Mother Nature’s good and bad weather days and the ups and downs of the fruit and vegetable markets are the rewards of seeing the smiling faces of their young children as they help with chores such as feeding their chickens and enjoy the bounty of their family farm, from tasting sweet, fresh cherries to a wide variety of heirloom tomatoes and tree-ripened peaches, apricots and figs.

John and Kathryn wouldn’t have it any other way. They feel blessed to call their farm their home and they’re proud to provide their friends and their community with the freshest, most nutritious fruits and vegetables in the region. It’s nothing less than what they want for their own family.
