Riley: Boundless Joy and Curiosity
Q: What’s your full name?
A: Riley Carlson
Q: What kind of personality do you have?
A: I am sweet, curious, smart, playful, social and hyper all rolled into one goldendoodle puppy. I’m very energetic, especially around my sister, Bailey, a two-year-old chocolate Labrador. I get the zoomies often, especially if I grab a sock or towel that my mom wants back. I run around the house three times before she can catch me. LOL.
Q: What’s your favorite pastime?:
A: I love going to work with my mommy at Property Management Experts. Now that they have a new office all on one floor, I go around to each office and greet my fellow employees and beg for treats; sometimes I even get real food. I really like walking around the building with all the friends from PME. I love to sniff the different scents and walk in the dirt and roll around in the grass, especially if it’s wet.
Q: What is your guilty pleasure?
A: I love sitting on my mom’s lap while she is at her computer, she rubs my tummy. I usually take a quick nap.
Q: Your naughtiest deed?
A: Well, I decided the moss around the planter in one of my mom’s employee’s offices looked good, so I made a huge mess eating the deliciousness. Good thing that this employee was on vacation, so Mom had time to clean up my mess, he, he.
Q: Current obsession?
A: Sitting with Bailey and watching the wildlife from bedroom window; there are ducks, squirrels and all kinds of birds, sometimes I even see fish since we live on the Delta.
Q: What’s your fave treat?
A: I love when Mom puts peanut butter on this plastic lick plate. I also love to chew on turkey tendons.
Q: What do you do for self-care?
A: I love to just sleep in my parents’ bed, especially if I can be touching them at all times.
Q: What else should we know about you?
A: I’m friendly but a little skittish, so if you make me nervous then I might not be too friendly. Once you get to know me, I’m a lovebug and like to be held. This might be a problem once I get to be closer to 50 lbs. but we will deal with that when the time comes. For now, I’m a lap dog.
Q: Where are you from?
A. I’m from Lodi, my mom and dad had 12 puppies, I have six brothers and five sisters.
Q: Who is your human?
A: Karen Carlson.
