Call Your Mom

By  0 Comments

Text your sister.

Message your best friend.

Have you had your annual health checks this year, ladies?

We have all been super-aware of germs and our health with everything surrounding coronavirus the last six months.

But what about your yearly PAP? Or your mammogram?

I know that making that appointment or taking a trip to your doctor may give you a little more anxiety than last year at this time, but these yearly checks are still just as important.

Maybe you had these appointments booked earlier this year, and then they were canceled when everything shut down.

If you are like me, rescheduling may have gotten lost in the shuffle. I have had them on my to-do list for weeks, but you know how it goes; life. Everything is so busy right now juggling kids, home stuff and work.

I just had my yearly pap last week and my doctor reminded me to get my mammogram too.

If you need a reminder, THIS IS IT.

Don’t wait any longer, ladies. I know that 2020 has been a ride but being proactive with our own health is something we control.

Once you book your appointment, remind someone you love to do the same. I just sent a message to my mom today.

Sending you all healthy vibes as we slide to the end of this crazy year!
