Dr. Young has established Advanced Cosmetic Surgery as a premier aesthetic surgery practice in the Kansas City metro area. He obtained all his medical education in the Kansas City area and is a life-long Kansas City resident. Adding Services
This year, since moving to their new location on 135th and Roe, they have added a full-service MedSpa to their available services. They perform dermal fillers, Botox®, Dysport®, laser skin resurfacing, IPL facial treatments, microneedling and OxyGeneo™ facials, to name a few. “We are so excited to offer these new services to our patients!” he smiled.

Delanie DeOrsey, RN BSN
In February 2021, the practice added a new aesthetic nurse injector, Delanie DeOrsey, RN BSN, to the team and she is an amazing extension of the practice and values to build an authentic and personal connection with patients. Delanie is a certified nurse injector and began her nursing career at the University of Kansas Health system with experience in orthopedic trauma. She transitioned from the hospital to pursue her passion in aesthetics, and she is laser trained in advanced laser technology and injectable techniques and certified through the American Med Spa Associations Academy for Injector Anatomy. 

Delanie also has certified Galderma Laboratories LP and Allergan training for all Restylane® and Juvéderm® products as well as Botox and Dysport. Her excitement for learning and research in the aesthetic industry keeps her patients looking and feeling their absolute best.
