2. At New Balance Kansas City, we specialize in fitting shoes and insoles to match the individual needs of each customer. What works great for one person may be completely wrong for another. Our staff is trained to match your feet with the perfect shoes. We will measure length, width, depth and arch type to give you a customized fit. We offer an extensive array of sizes, including widths from 2A all the way to 6E, so there aren’t many feet we can’t fit!

2. Of course! We specialize in helping people with a wide variety of foot issues. We can help with most everything, including heel pain, bunions, diabetes, and the list goes on! We receive referrals from physicians who trust us to help their patients feel better. Sometimes just a great pair of shoes and a set of over-the-counter insoles are all that are needed. We also offer custom orthotics in-store with a prescription from your physician. HLM
