MULTIMEDIA ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Multimedia Account Executive with experience selling print and web based advertising. As a Multimedia Account Executive, you will act as an important link between HERLIFE and its clients. In this position you’ll be striving to understand your client’s goals and helping them to produce effective results. You will be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/ retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate will have a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.

Responsibilities for Multimedia Account Executive
-Manage entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals
-Unearth new sales opportunities, turning them into long term partnerships
-Present products to prospective clients
-Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
-Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs
-Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment
-Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Qualifications for Multimedia Account Executive
-Proven experience in sales/customer service role
-Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
-Excellent communication/presentation skills
-Organizational and time-management skills
-Degree in business administration, sales or marketing is a plus
