Date of Proposal: November 22, 2019

Annie Rose Seifert and Clayton Biglow have history, it’s true. They’ve known each other since they were nine years old and grew up rodeoing together. Their parents are good friends and very supportive of the couple. That’s as solid a foundation as you can build.

Annie Rose and Clayton were getting ready to head to Tahoe on November 22, 2019, for a mini-trip when he created his opportunity. “Clayton proposed to me at his house right before we took off for Tahoe,” she smiles. “I was sitting in his passenger seat of his truck and he came over, opened the door and got on one knee! It completely blindsided me!”

Annie Rose and Clayton were “boyfriend and girlfriend” when they were 12 years old. “We didn’t officially start dating seriously until I was 21,” she laughs. “We like to joke that we needed a ten-year break to grow up!”

The couple has set October 17, 2020, as their wedding date. “It’s important to us that we’re able to officially commit to each other in front of God and be surrounded with our friends and family, especially in the year of COVID,” Annie Rose affirms. “Since 2020 is unique in itself with everything going on, it will be something we will definitely mention to our kids one day. Nevertheless, we have a pretty traditional day planned.”
